What are the qualities that distinquishes you for greatness?


  • Hard work? Hard work is a prerequisite to personal success but not a differentiator. Luck? Luck is when opportunity meets preparation.
Winners do what they dont like to do while the average people follow their natural likes and preferences. Greatness can only be achieved by those who have established the habits of discipline and of risk taking. 

A prerequisite for greatness is also when you learn to manage failure; to gain a positive lesson from failure, you must own the loss, you have to fail in a learning posture. It only becomes valuable when failure is treated as a measure of strenght
