A British woman died in Thailand while undergoing cosmetic surgery. She experienced complications from anesthetics while undergoing an operation to remove the implants she had received earlier. But she never woke up after the anesthetics were given to her. Her body was being sent for an autopsy to determine the actual cause of death.
