We are living in the most complicated and poluted time in the history of the world and that which we do not know may be killing us. Most things about the human race have been contaminated, much of our air, most of our waters are extremely effected by these contaminations. Most of the food we regularly eats contains toxins.

Toxin is a poisonous substance, especially one produced by living organism. Toxins can be products or byproducts of ordinary metabolism, such as lactic acid, and they must be broken or excreted before building up to dangerous levels. Even at simplest level, a toxin is something capable of causing disease or damaging tissues when it enters the body.
