Why cant PHCN be sued?

Public Corporations in Nigeria are vastly autocrat. It is only in Nigeria that you pay for services you don't use. What is the difference between NEPA and PHCN? Its from fire to fry pan! The charges are fixed, whether they bring electricity 4hours a day or 10hours a day or they just decide to be flashing it every second or they dont even bring it at all, they make us pay fixed amount every month. The amount is outrageous! This bothers me and i wandered if those in authority knows this; If they are really close to us as they claim shouldn't they know this?   The most funny part of it is that at the end of every month PHCN will picks up ladders and start disconnecting residents from the grid. Electricity they did not even bring. SHAME PHCN! SHAME NIGERIA!

Nigerians it is high time time we take the bull by it horn. Enough is Enough! No country will correct this for us, it is we the people that will correct it by ourselves! let us wake from sleep! let us wake from slumber! Nigerians remember the revolution that shook England many years ago was just an increase in the price of bread. The people stood up and fought for their right. The Nigerian Government has taken more than our bread. They have taken our shoes. They have taken our rights. They have Taken our houses.
